PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Alexander has been practicing in the areas of intellectual property law and unfair competition for more than 20 years. His experience covers a wide range of issues related to intellectual property law. Among them are the development and implementation of strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights of various enterprises from various sectors of the economy, structuring of transactions regarding the transfer of intellectual property rights (transfer and licensing of technologies and goodwill), combating unfair competition and conducting disputes in the sphere of intellectual property.
Alexander has been advising clients from various sectors of the economy, including financial institutions, media and advertising companies, consumer goods manufacturers, food and hotel businesses, pharmaceutical and oil and gas companies, etc.
