PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Kostiantyn has been practicing in the areas of intellectual property law, information technology (TMT) and commercial law for over eight years. His experience covers a wide range of issues related to intellectual property law and business activities of enterprises. Among them – full legal support of the business activities of an international group of companies – a manufacturer of electronic goods; actions for the acquisition and protection of clients’ intellectual property rights in various jurisdictions, including litigation in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine, representation of clients’ interests in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and in “domain disputes”.
Kostiantyn advises clients from various sectors of the economy, including representatives of creative industries in the field of copyright and related rights: software developers, artists, writers, representatives of show business, as well as advertising agencies, agrarians, pharmaceutical companies, etc.
